Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames advertised, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We currently only offer standard shipping times and do not offer overnight or same day shipping. **Estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website. This time does not include processing and fulfillment time for your order. Please note that all items are made to order and require 2-5 business days for processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at Reachme@MerchbyTnikole.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at Reachme@MerchbyTnikole.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
